I bought the 2025 BMW Route update for my 2015 vehicle. I did have issues with the download as it refused to extract correctly and despite using different laptops and USB’s I couldn’t get it to work. The company were great. They responded quickly to my emails with advice. Despite their best efforts the 2025 version wouldn’t work for me. They offered me the 2024 update, this downloaded, extracted and uploaded to my car without any issue. It is a straightforward process and easy to use. I’m happy with the service I have received. Good product, just a shame the 2025 update was so problematic for me

I'd just down sized the car and bought a Mini clubman, which for all intents and purposes is a BMW 1 series. I was told by Mini that I had to take my new car to an authorised agent to get the Navigation system upgraded. I was searching online when I came across OEM Navigations. I put my cars data into their system and hey presto I was given an upgrade type and price (which was very reasonable). Within hours I had the software and FSC key (to activate the upgrade). Here is where the fun starts as I'm trying to do this in between being a carer, a father whos twenty five year old daughter is off travelling and the miriad of chores running a house and pets needs! There are a few simple steps to getting the navigation upgrade into the cars system, which are made more difficult when you have other priorities popping up! The tech guys at OEM Navigations were extremely patient with me as I kept loosing place and the instructions. It must of been really frustrating for them, but they never let me down. We got there and the update is done, which I'm really glad about as it hadn't been updated since it left the factory in December 2016! So thanks once again. I've kept the USB drive and liftime FSC code. Ready for next year when I do it again (without giving you the hassel I hope)! Thanks once again.
